It comprises a modular system of base notes and profile flavours that can be combined practically without limitation to provide you with enormous flexibility in terms of use. The addition of top notes enables the creation of complete flavour blends such as seasonings and bouillons. Low preparation quantities also means lower costs. Our HVP and MSG substitutes are available in liquid, powder and powder concentrate (low sodium) form.
