Natuco is 100% climate neutral through offsetting

Natuco is now 100% climate neutral. On the one hand through the optimisation of the production processes and on the other hand through CO2 compensation.

Small ecological footprint

The manufacture of products inevitably produces CO2 emissions that have an impact on our environment. Natuco, a Hügli brand, wants to keep its ecological footprint as small as possible. For this reason, Natuco has optimised its production processes so that CO2 emissions are as low as possible. For example, Natuco uses 100% green electricity.

"Natuco is our lighthouse project, which serves as a model for the other Hügli brands."
Bianca Riegger
Brand Manager Natuco at Hügli

Compensation of emissions

Natuco offsets the unavoidable emissions by supporting a climate protection project and thus ensures a greenhouse gas reduction. Natuco's products themselves are also very climate-friendly, as around 18 grams of CO2 are emitted per100 grams of vegetable brewing powder. For comparison: 100 grams of butter emits around 238 grams of CO2.
